Trading in NTL ordinary shares was placed into halt at 1.52pm on Friday, 28 November 2025. NTL has requested a further trading halt to NTL ordinary shares, and NZ RegCo has approved a trading halt application from NTL. Attached is the trading halt application, for further information.
