Meridian Director Michelle Henderson resigns

Following six years serving as an independent director at Meridian Energy, Michelle Henderson has resigned with effect from 27 January 2026. Michelle’s resignation follows her appointment as the new General Manager of New Zealand Aluminium Smelters (NZAS) at Tiwai.
