Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 5 December 2025 Subject: Minerals Exploration Limited (“MEX”) – ISIN Change Message: NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the ISIN for Minerals Exploration Limited (“MEX”) will change on NZX from AU0000219347 to AU0000439838, effective at market open Friday,12 December 2025. This ISIN change follows on from the name change implemented on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, and the corresponding ISIN change on Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) resulting from that name change. The ISIN change ensures alignment between NZX and ASX. To facilitate this ISIN change and allow outstanding settlement obligations to be completed: • A temporary instrument (“MEXZ”) will be created and will begin trading from market open on Wednesday, 10 December. • The existing instrument (“MEX”) will be halted at close of business (COB) on Tuesday, 9 December. • At COB on Thursday, 11 December, MEXZ will be renamed to MEX, and the original halted MEX instrument will be delisted. The temporary instrument ensures settlement continuity during the ISIN transition. • From Friday, 12 December, trading will resume under the original ticker MEX with the new ISIN.
