RESULTS ANNOUNCED FOR THE 2025 FONTERRA ELECTIONS Returning Officer Warwick Lampp, of electionz.com Ltd, has declared the final results of the 2025 elections for the Fonterra Board of Directors, Directors’ Remuneration Committee, Fonterra Farmer Custodian Trust and Co-operative Council. Shareholders voted to re-elect incumbent Director Alison Watters and to elect new Director Michelle Pye to the Fonterra Board. Shareholders Conall Buchanan and Ellen Bartlett were elected unopposed to the Directors’ Remuneration Committee. James Barron was elected unopposed to the Fonterra Farmer Custodian Trust. In the Co-operative Council elections, the following two Co-operative Councillors were elected: Ward 10 – Northern Bay of Plenty - David Beuth Ward 11 – Eastern Bay of Plenty - Tom Houston David Beuth and Tom Houston are new Co-operative Councillors. In the seven other Co-operative Council Wards where elections were due, nominees were elected unopposed. The Councillors in these Wards are: Ward 5 – Hauraki - Ryan Burton Ward 8 – South Waikato - Wynn Brown Ward 9 – King Country - Paulette Johns Ward 14 – Coastal Taranaki - Anne Bridges Ward 15 – Southern Taranaki - Shirley Kissick Ward 20 – North Canterbury - Patrick Whittle Ward 23 – Otago - Larry Frost Shirley Kissick and Patrick Whittle are new Co-operative Councillors; the remainder of the above group are re-elected incumbents. All successful candidates will take office at the close of Fonterra’s Annual Meeting on Thursday, 11 December 2025.
