Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Monday, 15 December 2025 Subject: IFTHC – Interest Rate Reset Message: Further to the announcement made by Infratil Limited (“IFT”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on the IFT Limited Bonds (“IFTHC”) has been reset to 5.20% per annum, with effect from today, Monday, 15 December 2025. The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open Tuesday, 16 December 2025.
