NZX: MPG | ASX: MPP 31 December 2025 Metro confirms internal share transfer Metro has been advised that Amari Metals Australia Pty Ltd (“Amari”) has transferred its 501,655,800 shares in Metro Performance Glass Limited (“MPG”) to a newly formed company Metro Glass Investment (MGI) Pty Ltd (“MGI”).
