Operational Update – Q3 FY26

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) has today released its Q3 FY26 Operational Update for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Please refer to the attached PDF for full details. Key highlights include: Occupancy performance: Group care occupancy for December 2025 averaged 92%, up from 90% at September quarter-end. Occupancy has continued to improve post quarter-end, with Group occupancy currently tracking at c.94%. Golden View and Ranfurly Manor remained strong in the high-90s. Ripponburn averaged 89% for December following resident departures, with occupancy lifting back above 90% post quarter-end. Aldwins House remained broadly stable at 89% for December, with normal resident turnover offset by new admissions and enquiry levels remaining strong. Nelson Street delivered a material improvement, averaging 82% for December (up from 63% in September) and lifting further to 92% as of today. Care suite sales: At Ranfurly Manor, 52 of 57 care suites are now occupied (91%), up from 46 (81%) at 30 September 2025. A further suite is currently under contract, which would lift occupancy to c.93% once settled. Including both the care facility and care suites, Ranfurly Manor is now accommodating c.160 residents. Outlook: Promisia reaffirms its previously upgraded FY26 earnings guidance and continues to expect underlying EBITDAF of at least $6.1 million for FY26, representing growth of more than 45% year-on-year (FY25: $4.2 million). No change to guidance is anticipated at this time.
