FPH Appoints New Director and Future Director

News Release STOCK EXCHANGE LISTINGS: NEW ZEALAND (FPH), AUSTRALIA (FPH) Fisher & Paykel Healthcare appoints Anna Curzon to the Board as a non-executive director; appoints Margie Apa as new Future Director participant Auckland, New Zealand, 19 January 2026 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited announced today it has appointed Anna Curzon to the Board to fill the vacancy following the retirement of Pip Greenwood. Ms Curzon will join the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2026. Ms Curzon brings a wealth of knowledge in the technology and financial services industries and is a member of the APEC Business Advisory Council. Board Chair Neville Mitchell said, “Anna has had a strong international commercial career from a New Zealand base. I look forward to her contributions to the Board.” Currently, Ms Curzon is a director of Gallagher Holdings Limited, Kiwibank and Jade Software Corporation and she chairs the board of Atomic.io. Over her 25-year career, Ms Curzon has served as Managing Director NZ, Chief Partner Officer, and Chief Product Officer at Xero, and she has held leadership or advisory roles with a number of other technology companies. “Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a leading med-tech company operating on the world stage, and it’s a privilege to join the Board,” said Ms Curzon. “I’m excited to contribute to a business that plays such a meaningful role in improving care and outcomes for millions of patients globally.” The Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Board has determined that Ms Curzon will be an independent director. Margie Apa appointed Future Director Fisher & Paykel Healthcare has selected Margie Apa to participate in its Future Directors programme with effect from 1 February 2026. Ms Apa brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in the health sector including as former chief executive officer of Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand and Counties Manukau Health. In those roles, she led the provision and funding of hospital and community care. She also oversaw the merger of 20 district health boards into a single national entity employing more than 90,000 people. Ms Apa is currently on the board of World Vision International and is a trustee of World Vision New Zealand. Future Directors is a program aimed at giving talented executives exposure to a company board while also providing boards with access to diverse talent, ideas and experiences. Future Directors attend board meetings to observe and participate in discussions, but they do not have voting rights.
