Savor advises change of external auditor

Savor Limited (NZX: SVR) (“Savor”, “the Company”, or with its subsidiaries “the Group”), New Zealand’s premier hospitality group, today announces it has appointed BDO New Zealand as its external audit partner. Following a competitive tender process, Savor has appointed BDO New Zealand as its external auditor with their tenure beginning for the 2026 financial year, ending 31 March 2026. The tender process was overseen by Savor’s Audit & Risk Committee who recommended the appointment of BDO as external auditor to the Board. The decision to recommend a change of auditor was made as a matter of good governance, in light of the current auditor’s tenure, and a continuation of Savor’s firm focus on cost efficiencies.
