29 January 2026 HALLENSTEIN GLASSON HOLDINGS LIMITED Determination as Non-Independent Director Announcement Graeme Popplewell – determination as non-independent director Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited (NZX: HLG) advises that the Board has appointed Graeme Popplewell to provide consultancy services to Hallensteins New Zealand and Australia on a part-time basis. Mr. Popplewell has a wealth of experience in retail, previously holding the CFO and CEO roles within the Hallenstein Glasson business until the end of 2016, and will bring this expertise to the Hallensteins businesses. In light of Mr. Popplewell’s appointment to this part-time role, the Board has determined that Mr. Popplewell is now a non-independent director under, and for the purposes of, the NZX Listing Rules.
