Completion of VT Freight Express Acquisition

Further to its announcement on 17 December 2025, Freightways is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the business and assets of VT Freight Express Pty Ltd (VTFE). VTFE is a Victoria-based company that provides express delivery of parcels and palletised freight. This acquisition will continue to build the presence and capabilities of Freightways in the express market in Australia, in a niche that is complementary to the existing Allied Express B2C niche.
