03 February 2026 Andy Coupe retirement as an independent director of Kingfish After 13 years as an independent director, and current Chair, Andy Coupe has advised his fellow directors that he intends to retire as an independent director of Kingfish on 30 June 2026. The board is currently conducting a search in order to appoint a new director. That director will be required to offer him or herself for election at the next Annual Shareholder Meeting of Kingfish.
