Please see attached the despatch notice provided under rule 45(1)(a)(i) of the Code, confirming that the offer document for the Offer has been sent in accordance with rule 43(1) of the Code. A copy of the offer document is attached to the despatch notice in accordance with rule 45(1)(a)(ii) of the Code.
