Interim Quarter Dividend

NZX RELEASE 18 February 2026 Interim Quarter Dividend Asset Plus Limited (NZX:APL) is pleased to announce the third quarter dividend for the year ended 31 March 2026. Shareholders will receive a cash distribution of 0.2 cents per share, with no imputation credits attached to this dividend. The record date for the dividend is 26 February 2026 with payment to be made on 6 March 2026. As APL is a PIE, the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes.
