Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 20 February 2026 Subject: FCG – unavailable in trading system NZ RegCo advises that Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited (“FCG”) Ordinary Shares will be unavailable for trading on Friday, 20 February on the NZX Main Board, due to an NZX system error. NZ RegCo has placed FCG ordinary shares into halt status for the duration of Friday, 20 February. FCG060 is available and trading on the NZX Debt Market. Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund Units (“FSF”) are also available on the NZX Main Board and will open for trading at 10am. FCG will be available in the trading system from Monday, 23 February 2026.
