Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 25 February 2026 Subject: Metro Performance Glass Limited (“MPG”) – Share Consolidation Message: On Wednesday, 25 February 2026, Metro Performance Glass Limited (“MPG”) announced that it will undertake a share consolidation. Shareholders will receive one MPG ordinary share for every 40 MPG ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Thursday, 5 March 2026. For the share consolidation to be processed, MPG ordinary shares will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Wednesday, 4 March 2026. On Friday, 6 March 2026, trading will resume in MPG ordinary shares. A timetable of events is attached.
