2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting and Director Nominations

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (NZX:CHI, ASX:CHI) advises that its 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on Wednesday 6 May 2026. The venue, time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in due course. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2(a), the closing date for director nominations is 5.00pm on Friday 13 March 2026. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting.
