Divisional CEO appointments

NZX & Media Release 3 March 2026 Divisional leadership appointments Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) today announces the appointment of Geoff Smith as Chief Executive Officer – Horticulture and Logistics, and Charles Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer – Global Proteins. These appointments are part of an evolution of Scales’ executive team, designed to provide more dedicated leadership across its divisions, support the execution of strategy, and enable continued growth. Geoff was previously Chief Operations Officer at Scales, while Charles joins Scales from Synlait, where he held senior executive leadership roles. He also brings significant experience from previous senior leadership positions at Fonterra. Charles will start with Scales on 1 June 2026.
