KMD Brands Limited ASX / NZX / Media announcement 16 March 2026 KMD Brands Limited – Clarification regarding media speculation KMD Brands Limited (ASX/NZX: KMD, “KMD Brands” or the “Group”) notes recent media speculation, including articles published yesterday evening, 15 March 2026. KMD Brands confirms that it has engaged Goldman Sachs to assist the Group with its treasury and capital management strategy as part of an ongoing review of funding options. As stated in KMD Brands’ market update of 2 February 2026, the Group is in discussions with lenders on the refinancing of its long-term debt facilities. No decision has been made by the Group to undertake any recapitalisation initiatives nor have the terms of any refinancing been agreed. KMD Brands will continue to keep the market informed in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
