Dividend Reinvestment Plan Strike Price

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (NZX: CHI; ASX: CHI) advises that the Strike Price used to calculate entitlements under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of the 2025 full year ordinary dividend has been set at NZ$2.7355 per share. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the DRP, the Strike Price is the volume weighted average sale price in New Zealand dollars (expressed in cents and fractions of cents) for an ordinary share in Channel Infrastructure calculated on all price setting trades of shares that took place through the NZX Main Board over a period of five trading days starting on Tuesday 10 March 2026, less a 1% discount.
