Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 20 March 2026 Subject: Kingfish Limited Warrants (“KFLWI”) – Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Kingfish Limited (“KFL”) on Friday,20 March 2026, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Kingfish Limited Warrants (“KFLWI”) is Friday, 1 May 2026. Any KFLWI warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 1 May 2026 will lapse and all rights regarding them will expire. The final day of trading in KFLWI will be Friday, 24 April 2026 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
