Unconditional sale of 143 Lambton Quay, Wellington

Argosy Property Limited (‘Argosy’) has today announced it has unconditionally sold 143 Lambton Quay, in Wellington, for $6.0 million. The sale price aligns with expectations for the 31 March 2026 valuation. 143 Lambton Quay had previously been identified as a potential disposal. Settlement date is expected to be in May 2026 and the funds received will be used to reduce bank debt. END.
