8 April 2026 Director Nominations For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited advises that the opening date for nominations for directors to be voted on at this year’s annual meeting is today and the closing date is 22 April 2026. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date. The Annual Meeting will be held virtually via the MUFG Virtual Meeting Platform on Wednesday 20 May 2026, commencing at 12pm (the Meeting). Details relating to the Meeting will be advised in a separate Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
