SUNFIELD FAST-TRACK CONSENT - APPEAL RECEIVED

Winton has received a Notice of Appeal filed at the High Court by Auckland Council in respect of the Sunfield Expert Consenting Panel decision FTAA-2503-1039. Winton COO, Simon Ash, says: “We have complete confidence in the legal process that was followed in assessing the application, and the decision issued by the Expert Panel”.
