Summerset Group Holdings AGM Moving to Online Only

NZX & ASX RELEASE 20 April 2026 SUMMERSET GROUP HOLDINGS AGM MOVING TO ONLINE ONLY Summerset has made the decision to move the company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders to an online event only. Wellington, where the meeting was to take place, has had a state of emergency announced this afternoon, following extreme rainfall and flash flooding. With a red rain warning now in place, and the threat of more to come, the company does not feel it was prudent or responsible to hold an in-person event. Shareholders are encouraged to join online to hear from the company’s management and Board and to vote on the resolutions put forward. Shareholders will be able to vote and ask questions online.
