Contact Energy trading halt lifted

21 May 2026 Contact Energy trading halt lifted Contact Energy Limited (Contact) has been advised that the sale of the shares in Contact announced by Infratil Limited (Infratil) yesterday morning has been completed. Infratil has confirmed that it has sold 53,531,358 ordinary shares in Contact, comprising 5.0% of Contact’s issued share capital at a price of $9.25 per share. The trading halt will be lifted shortly.
