Amendment to LGFA Bond Repurchase Programme

NZX Announcement 27 May 2026 Amendment to LGFA Bond Repurchase Programme On 29 April 2025, New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited ("LGFA") announced the establishment of a Bond Repurchase Programme under which LGFA undertakes repurchase tenders of LGFA NZD bonds on a weekly basis from wholesale bondholders. LGFA has decided to move the intended frequency of repurchase tenders from a weekly basis to a fortnightly basis. The first of the fortnightly repurchase tenders will take place on Wednesday 3 June 2026. All other aspects of the Bond Repurchase Programme remain unchanged.
