NZX/ASX Announcement 2 June 2026 Management Update Truscreen Group Limited (NZX/ASX:TRU) (TruScreen or the Company), a global leader in AI-enabled cervical cancer screening, advised that on 24 February 2026 the Company granted CEO, Mr. Martin Dillon, a 3-month leave of absence to enable him to provide palliative care to his late spouse. The Company is pleased to advise that Mr Dillon resumed his role as Chief Executive Officer from 1 June 2026. Mr. Tony Ho will relinquish his executive duties and resume his role as Independent Non-Executive chairman. This announcement has been approved by the Board.
