LOC On-Market Share Buyback - Capital Change Notice

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) advises that on 16 June 2026 it acquired 90,000 ordinary shares on-market under its share buy-back programme announced on 20 April 2026. The shares were acquired for total cash consideration of $4,320.00 ($0.0480 per share) and will be cancelled. Following the acquisition, LOC has 297,287,539 ordinary shares on issue.
