Annual Meeting Results Announcement

The Board of Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce the poll results of the four resolutions put to the Company's Annual Meeting today: • Martin Stearne was elected as a Director. • Rachel Winder was elected as a Director. • The maximum aggregate Directors’ fees was revised to $796,500 (being a reduction of $56,500) • The Board was authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.
