Ryman Healthcare Limited (NZX:RYM) advises that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday 28 July 2026, at 10.00 am (NZT), at the Akarana Marine Sports Centre, 8/10 Tamaki Drive, Orakei, Auckland 1071. Shareholders can attend in person or join online. Shareholders may also appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf by returning the Proxy Voting Form or completing proxy voting preferences online, no later than 10.00 am (NZT) on Sunday, 26 July 2026. The attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Voting Form are being sent to shareholders and an electronic copy of the Notice of Meeting will also be available on the Company’s website.
