Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 26 June 2026 Subject: Barramundi Limited (“BRMWI”) – Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Barramundi Limited (“BRM”) on Friday, 26 June 2026, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Barramundi Limited (“BRMWI”) warrants is Friday, 7 August 2026. Any BRMWI warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 7 August 2026 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in BRMWI will be Monday, 3 August 2026 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
