Capital Change Notice - ESS, Director Fees, RSU conversion

Please find attached a Capital Change Notice. A total of 552,695 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued. These consisted of: - 405,552 shares issued to employees as part of the Quarterly Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F27 Q1, issued at the average market price of $0.2107; - 53,393 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 30 Jun 2026, issued at the average market price of $0.2107; and - 93,750 shares issued to the Executive Director of the Australian subsidiary on vesting of Restricted Share Units for 3 months of service, issued at $0.2576.
