MOVE Appoints Graham Stuart as Director

Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX/ASX: MOV), is pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Stuart as an independent director, effective from 1 August 2026. Graham will chair MOVE’s Audit and Risk Committee. Graham is a respected director with extensive governance and executive experience across listed companies, co-operatives and private organisations in New Zealand, Australia and Europe including Tower, Fonterra and Lion Nathan. Chair of MOVE, Julia Raue, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Graham to the MOVE board. He has significant experience in relevant sectors for MOVE, particularly large fleet, complex supply chains and the logistics sector. This, together with his strong governance and commercial expertise, will be a real asset as we continue to strengthen and grow our business. His significant financial expertise, together with the experience and judgement to provide strong leadership, make him exceptionally well qualified to lead the Audit Committee.” Graham said “I'm pleased to be joining the MOVE board, and look forward to contributing my commercial, governance and finance experience as the company builds a path to profitable growth.” Graham is currently Chair of Northwest Healthcare Property Management, Chair of Milkio Foods Limited, and an Independent Trustee of the University of Otago Foundation Trust. He has chaired Audit and Risk Committees at NZX-listed companies for over a decade including Tower Limited, and currently at Diary Goat Co-operative and Ravensdown. His executive career included CEO of Sealord Group, CFO and Director of Strategy and Growth at Fonterra, and Managing Director of Lion Nathan international. Graham holds a Master of Science in Management from MIT, a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Otago, was a Fulbright Travelling Scholar, and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Graham has been appointed by the Board of Directors, as permitted under MOVE’s constitution. He will hold office until MOVE’s 2026 Annual Meeting at which time he will stand for election by shareholders. The Board has determined that Graham is an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules and the NZX Corporate Governance Code. ENDS
