Annual Meeting – Director Nominations For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, WasteCo Group Limited (WasteCo) advises that the closing date for nominations of directors is Monday, 10 August 2026 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by WasteCo by 5:00 pm on the Closing Date. Director nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting.
