29 July 2026 Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) advises it has today released the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Proxy Form for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held virtually at 1 pm on 26 August 2026. To streamline administration and focus resources on core operations this year, the Board has elected to hold the 2026 meeting online. We recognise the value of face-to-face engagement and intend to return to an in-person format in 2027. Meeting details and instructions for online participation are provided in the attached Notice and Proxy.
