BIF - Investment in Hello Cashflow

Booster NZ is pleased to announce an investment of $100,000 by its Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) in Hello Cashflow, a seed stage New Zealand fintech company. Established in 2021, Hello Cashflow is helping build the next generation of financial intelligence for small businesses. By connecting directly with accounting platforms, Hello Cashflow turns accounting data into intuitive cashflow forecasts, scenario planning and visual business insights, aiming to empower owners to make better financial decisions with confidence. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Hello Cashflow will represent 0.4% of BIF’s investment portfolio which currently has over 35 active companies, and a net asset value of $25.3 million. This investment aligns with Booster Innovation Fund’s commitment to supporting innovative New Zealand businesses at the seed of their growth.
