Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 04 August 2026 Subject: ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (“ANB170”) – Early Call Message: NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (“ANB”) on Tuesday, 4 August 2026, ANB will exercise its right to fully redeem their Subordinated Notes which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under ticker code “ANB170”. ANB will redeem all ANB170 Subordinated Notes on Thursday, 17 September 2026. The final day of trading of ANB170 Subordinated Notes will be Thursday, 03 September 2026 with the ANB170 Subordinated Notes being suspended at close of business. A timetable of events is attached.
