Interim Quarter Dividend – increased from previous quarter

NZX RELEASE 6 August 2026 Interim Quarter Dividend – increased from previous quarter Asset Plus Limited (NZX:APL) is pleased to announce the first quarter dividend for the year ended 31 March 2027. Shareholders will receive a cash distribution of 0.25 cents per share, with no imputation credits attached to this dividend. This is an increase from the previous quarterly dividend of 0.20 cents per share as a result of increased Funds from Operations due to the commencement of Aderant’s lease at Munroe Lane. The record date for the dividend is 17 August 2026 with payment to be made on 26 August 2026. As APL is a PIE, the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes.
