Vista Group congratulates James Miller on FMA Chair appointment Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) congratulates its independent director, James Miller ONZM, on his appointment as chair of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA), announced last week by the Minister of Finance, Hon. Nicola Willis. In order to ensure that he has sufficient capacity to meet the responsibilities of this new role, James has informed Vista Group’s Board that he intends to stand down as a director once a suitable non-executive director candidate has joined the Board.
