Progress update on annual results The annual results for the Auckland Council Group (group) for the financial year ended 30 June 2026 are being finalised and a results announcement will be released to the NZX in late August 2026. The full annual report for the group will be finalised and released in September 2026. In the meantime, a quarterly performance report for the group for the three months to 30 June 2026 will be presented to Auckland Council’s Budget and Performance Committee with a preliminary view of performance. The report ensures timely information is provided to the Governing Body to support its decision-making and its oversight of the group’s performance. The group quarterly performance report shows progress against Auckland Council’s Annual Plan 2026/2027. Its focus is on underlying delivery against the plan, and it does not provide GAAP-compliant financial results. The quarterly performance report will shortly be available on the agenda for the budget and Performance Committee meeting of 18 August 2026, published on Auckland Council’s website in advance of the meeting.
