NZX/ASX Announcement 11 August 2026 TruScreen accelerates African expansion to Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, and Côte d'Ivoire • Zerocancer Professional Consult Limited (ZPC) appointed as distributor for Nigeria, Ghana, and Côte d'Ivoire • Biotech Medical Supply Ltd (BMS) appointed as distributor for Rwanda • The appointments accelerate TruScreen’s strategy for African expansion with collaborations with global and local NGO. • The African expansion anticipates grant outcomes for projects in 8 African nations - Zimbabwe, South Africa, Eswatini, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya – a screening market of up to 132 million women of screening age • Gap to WHO’s 70% cervical cancer screening target remains largest in Africa, with increasing urgency as WHO’s 2030 deadline looms TruScreen Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRU), (“TruScreen” or “the Company”), a global leader in AI-enabled cervical cancer screening, is pleased to announce that distributors are appointed for Nigeria, Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire and Rwanda – launching the Company’s African expansion and supporting government initiatives to meet World Health Organisation screening targets through public screening programs. Nigeria, Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) 83 million women of screening age, of which Nigeria makes up 64 million. Zerocancer Professional Consult Limited (ZPC) offer cancer prevention and treatment services and have offices in Lagos, Enugu and other major cities. ZPC brings to TruScreen’s African expansion strategy its internal commercial team and an established network of sub-distributors across Nigeria and West Africa, with strong government relationships. Nigerian product regulatory approval is expected to take 3-6 months, and preparations are underway for a 300-patient clinical evaluation. The data collected from the evaluation will support the application for TruScreen’s inclusion in the Nigerian national screening guideline and government screening programs. In addition to the two major African public screening projects pending UNITAID grant approvals in November 2026, TruScreen is also the chosen screening technology for two Nigeria specific grant applications, submitted by Dr Ayokunle Olumodeji from Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM) and supported by the American Association for Cancer Research. These grant applications are: 1. Gates Foundation’s Grand Challenges: Innovations in Cost-Disruptive Tools for Diagnosis and Screening (OPP12345) program - announced 6 May 2026. 2. Beginning Investigator Grant for Catalytic Research (BIG Cat). Nigeria, Ghana and Cote Côte d'Ivoire are committed to meeting the WHO 70% screening target by 2030 and of the need to accelerate their screening programs to achieve this. In Nigeria as few as 5% of women aged 30–49 years1 were screened- a long way from meeting the WHO 70% target. In Ghana, only 4.3% of women aged 30–49 years were screened for cervical cancer and in Côte d'Ivoire are 4.4% of women aged 25–49 screened (2021). Rwanda 4.3 million women of screening age. Biotech Medical Supply Ltd (BMS) focuses on women’s health, oncology, and preventive screening. BMS has participated in cervical cancer screening programs for government-led and NGO-supported initiatives and has 25 active sales representatives covering public and private healthcare facilities across Rwanda. BMS have strong relationships with government, NGOs, institutions, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers. BMS has introduced the TruScreen technology to the Minister of Health and government officials at a recent health conference, and local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and NGOs. Product registration is in place, and three major government hospitals have completed a pilot study with positive results. Rwanda is one of Africa's leaders in cervical cancer elimination with estimates of 30% of eligible women being screened by October 2025 – with a further 40% to be screened to achieve the WHO 70% target by 2030. TruScreen’s African Strategy These distributor appointments further accelerate TruScreen’s African strategic expansion.
