Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, PaySauce advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 13 August 2026. The closing date for nominations for directors will be 26 August 2026. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm (NZT) on the closing date.
