Change of Chair

Seeka Limited [NZX: SEK] advises that its current Chair Mark Dewdney will step down as Seeka’s Chair on 20 August 2026, and that the Board of Seeka has appointed Hayley Gourley as Chair from that time. Mark will remain a director of Seeka and resigns as Seeka Chair to allow him more time to focus on his other governance roles, including assuming the Chair role at the Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company. The Board thanks Mark for his considerable and valuable efforts as Chair and looks forward to his ongoing contributions as an independent director. Release ends.
