Capital Change Notice

Please refer to the attached a Capital Change Notice regarding the vesting and automatic exercise of performance rights and the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in connection with ATM's FY24 LTI plan. Also attached is an NZX Notice under section 80(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (NZ) providing details of the financial assistance provided by ATM and its Australian subsidiary for subscription for certain shares in ATM to satisfy the FY24 LTI vest. For completeness, we also attach copies of the equivalent ASX forms (Appendix 2A and Appendix 3G) and an ASX Appendix 3H form, notifying the lapse of a portion of performance rights.
