Kiwi Property FY27 first quarter dividend payment

Kiwi Property advises that it will pay a first quarter dividend of 1.4375 cents per share. The dividend will have imputation credits of 0.428642 cents per share and a supplementary dividend of 0.194510 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The record date for the dividend is 3 September 2026, and the payment date is 18 September 2026. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will not operate for this dividend.
