Winton - CFO Resignation

Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.20.1(a) Winton Land Limited (Winton) advises that Jean McMahon has resigned from her role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Jean will remain in the role until 26 November 2026 to facilitate an orderly transition. Winton’s Board Chair, Steven Joyce, said: "Jean has been a highly regarded and respected member of our senior leadership team since 2018, bringing expert financial leadership, integrity and professionalism to her role. On behalf of the Board and management team, I thank her for her commitment to the Company and wish her every success in the next stage of her career.” The Company will commence an external search for a new Chief Financial Officer, and will update the market once that process is complete.
