Director retirement

Director retirement Simon Herbert has advised that he has decided to step down as a director on the WasteCo Group Limited board, representing Empire Waste Technology Limited which has a $15 million second ranking secured convertible note. Sean Joyce continues as a director representing Empire Waste Technology. Simon is currently residing in Europe for the majority of this year.
