Changes to Directors on ANZ NZ Board

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced today that Antonia Watson will be retiring from the ANZ NZ Board with effect from 11 September 2026. ANZ NZ also announced today that Ben Kelleher will be joining its Board as an executive director with effect from 1 October 2026, subject to non-objection from the RBNZ. The current members of the ANZ NZ Board are Scott St John (Chair), Mark Tume, Nagaja Sanatkumar, Carolyn Steele, Craig Sims, Mark Whelan and Antonia Watson.
