LOC On-Market Share Buyback - Capital Change Notice

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) advises that on 1 September 2026 it acquired 36,673 ordinary shares on-market under its share buy-back programme announced on 20 April 2026. The shares were acquired for total cash consideration of $1,796.98 ($0.0490 per share) and will be cancelled. Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares on issue will be 308,384,078. A Capital Change Notice is attached.
